Terms of Service

If your item is faulty or not as expected then refunds can be given upon request.
Refunds are given in full/partial to customers who are willing to agree to either full refund, postage refund, replacement order or similar.
All items are refundable unless stated so in the description of the product at time of purchase.
All direct refunds will be received within 7 days of agreement.
All items have a 4 - 6 week postage time frame and if they arrive early or are expected to arrive late the buyer will be notified.
If an electrical or battery operated item has ceased to function as it should then an appropriate time frame is needed to sort warranty of either replacement or refund as entitled to at the time.
Disposables do not have a warranty other than on time of arrival in your care from Australia Post or Personal Delivery.
All small goods have a 3 month warranty eg. acrylic brushes, or dappen dishes. Electrical items have 12 months warranty unless stated otherwise so be sure to read the description before purchase.
